THE INCEPTION
The origin of the 3Rs dates back to the 1970s that ignited an underlying movement of becoming environmentally conscious. And it inspired many aspiring entrepreneurs to come forward. The company creates high-quality waste recycling machines for organic/food waste, horticulture/ agriculture waste, and Heavy Duty Shredders.
On the other hand, it creates Tractor and Auto Components customized to client specifications. Its merchandises are known for sturdiness, performance, long-lasting service, easy installation and usage. Its quality is accredited by several ISO CE certified, NSIC, GEM registered government approved manufacturer 9001:2015 Certification and fostered by rigorous R&D for continuous development. In 2009, Mr Surya Vikram Singh (CEO) joined the helm to take SMS Hydrotech to the next level. With a B.E from Middlesex University, London, Mr Surya seeks to anchor its growth with more innovative practices. The integration of creative ideas and experience has helped SMS Hydrotech earn a distinguished repute in its domain.
CRAFTED ON PLUG ‘N’ PLAY CONCEPT
While waste management is a wholesome subject build upon, it has its own set of challenges. Machinery laced with a complex and long operating process, as well as unavailability of a reliable framework for proper disposal of solid wastes, makes it challenge. Furthermore, inappropriate waste management may result in the mixing of medical and household waste. This stimulates the risk of poisoning people around and can lead to serious illness.
Picturing the scenario, SMS Hydrotech offers an array of plug and play waste composting machines clubbed with zero discharge, Siemens Automation and a 100 percent natural & 24-hour composting process. The Machines come in compact shapes and use less power than others. Moreover, the machines are web-server functional and are operable from anywhere via the respective portal.

ORGANIC/FOOD WASTE MACHINE: A fully automatic and compact machine capable of breaking down and decompose any organic waste into compost within 24 hrs with a volume reduction of 80-90%. The Machine comes with an inbuilt shredder, composting tank with a humidity sensor, artificial climatic control system, mixing blades, moisture control system and air ventilation system. Although integrated with so many features, the Machine is noiseless, odourless and maintenance-free.
Moreover, the Machine reduces the money spent on transportation to landfill sites. The Machine comes in different capacities, from 25 KG/ day to 3000Kg/day. The product is best suited to Resorts, Hotels, Residential Complexes, Mall (with food courts), Marriage Halls, Canteens and Educational Institutes (with canteen facility).
HORTICULTURE/AGRICULTURE WASTE
RECYCLING MACHINE: This recycliwwng machine converts all kinds of garden waste, like waste recycling machine, can convert dry leaves, wood, grass, dry flowers, twigs, wood logs up to 10-15mm into bio-fuel pellets. The Machine has distinguished in-built features, like shredder, humidity sensor and moisture generation system and a separate pelleting unit. The product also has its distinguished capacity from 50-60Kgs to 1000 Kgs. The Machine can be installed in any residential complex or institutes and is easy to use.
INDUSTRIAL SHREDDERS: SMS Hydrotech has a diverse segment of industrial shredders and comes under 4 categories: Horticulture Waste Shredder, Plastic Waste Shredder, Food Waste Shredder and Tire Waste Shredder. All the products have a defined capacity from 50Kg/hr, 100Kg/hr, 250Kg/hr, 500Kg/hr to 1000Kg/ hr. The shredded output has several industrial uses, respectively.
