Recalling the History
The founder of the company, Mr. L. C. Goyal, started the ‘one man-one-office’ trucking company ‘Bombay Ludhiana Roadways’ in 1968. The company grew steadily to a sizeable business of about INR 2 crores (INR 20 Million), and three offices by 1989. The company started its growth phase in the 80’s under the dynamic leadership of Ashok Goyal, Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and the 2nd generation entrepreneur. This continued through the 90s and led to BLRs pan India presence with branch offices all across the country.

BLR Environmental Initiatives
BLR tries to conserve the environment by opting alternatives to petrol such as Biofuels. Biofuels are often considered alternatives to conventional fuels which are used to power its vehicles. BLR uses approx. 2000 liters of biofuel per month.
