The leadership panel of the company shared numerous lesser known facts about the company and also, and the Founder of the company, Mr. Rishikesh Manuprasad Upadhyay shed some light on his entrepreneurial journey so far. COMPANY PREFACE

“Health is like money, we never have a true idea of its value until we lose it.” RM Happiness Center is refreshing the Healthcare and Wellness arena with some true and innovative techniques. Giving a detailed synopsis of the company, the Founder quips, “WFH situation erased very thin line between work-life balance and triggered active association with people. COVID-19 has taught us an importance of healthy living, immunity and connection between happiness and performance.

We operate our business with the prime objective of ‘Create Happy, Healthy and Wealthy Society’. Society is made of elements such as Youth, Senior Citizens and Housewives so it is necessary spread happiness within society elements to achieve an objective.” The company heads forward with a noble mission to provide happiness to youth, senior citizens, housewives, and patients. The company, by adopting the innovative strategy, utilizes a collaborative approach to tackle the analytical problems that arose due to cultural differences.

THE BRAIN BEHIND THE BRAND

They say, “Leaders become great not because of their power but, because of their ability to empower others.” These lines fit best for Mr. Rishikesh. He is an engineer and an executive from India’s corporate world. Having more than 25 years of experience in various corporate companies, including ‘Fortune 500 companies’. His professional expertise as a Project Management professional has helped him to develop a scientific and structured approach in giving shape to every undertaking.

His passion for learning new things was the reason for him to expand his knowledge through various educational programs ranging from a few hours to a few years. He has earned the ‘Project Management Professional’ certificate from the prestigious PMI body. He is a life member of BMA Mumbai. He has a passionate personality as he loves doing new things and seeing various matters from different angles.

That led him to present unique ideas. He always believes in walking on uncharted territory. His area of interest is Innovation and doing things differently. Mr. Rishikesh is a former member of ‘Toastmaster International’ and was awarded as ‘Competent Communicator’ & ‘Competent Leader’. His paper on “SocialEntrepreneur” was well appreciated by the Management Gurus. That research conference was organized by The Indira Institute of Management, Sanpada (Navi Mumbai).

His writing hobby led him to write blogs on different subjects. He has also written and acted in “rap songs” in the entertainment functions held by his college alumni. During their school days, he received a scholarship for 5 consecutive years in the field of “DRAMA” from the central government under the scheme of CCRT (Centre for Cultural Resources and Training).

LIFE DEVOTED TO SOCIETY

As a part of serving society, he used to donate blood on every occasion. He also contributed as secretary of his religious organization for the members residing in and around Navi Mumbai. As a secretary, he was involved in arranging annual get-to-gather functions, student appreciation functions, picnics, and other charity programs. He was an active member of the Rotary Club of Satellite City to quench serving society.

He is a founder and secretary of Progressive’s Signature CHS Ltd., located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. As a secretary of this residential complex, he fixed maintenance charges and was actively involved in the finalization of various services contract work. He was also instrumental in opening a society bank account. He strongly believes in our rich culture and its power.

That inspired him to associate with ISKCON, SWAMINARAYAN, BRAHMAKUMARI, PATANJALI, ART OF LIVING, and HEARTFULNESS organizations. He is impressed by Swami Vivekananda’s messages and life lessons, especially the one in which he inspires the youth to have ‘muscles of iron’ and ‘nerves of steel’. He used to participate in the “MUKHPATH” competition being organized by Ramkrishna Ashram, Rajkot.

His personal experiences have prompted him to share knowledge for the benefit of others, the aspiring leaders, and the corporate honchos, who used to face the challenges. That led him to write 3 unique books named “The Corporate Yoga Anatomy,” “Pearls of Wisdom” and “Cycling – The Real Wealth”. He is a fitness enthusiast and always looks for excellence. He also believes that sports are a stress buster and loves to play “Table Tennis” and recently started learning “Lawn Tennis” at Rajkot.
