The unique idea for the venture took shape in Nandi Rameswara Rao’s mind when he was working with an international corporate firm. It all started with a major doubt in his mind why can’t we bring world-class professionalism and trustworthiness to the Real Estate sector?

Being an enthusiast of Real Estate and investing in the same, the question massively triggered him. At the same time, he also observed that many Realtors, Companies, Builders, etc., had some brilliant projects on the same. The company proceeds with a mission to excel in becoming the industry’s premier role model, and the vision to transform and Redefine the Methodology in which Reality Sector Becomes Professional.

Managing 10 million sqft Highrise Apartments and 1500 acres plotting venture. Mentoring companies in plotting, apartments, villas, farmhouses, commercial spaces, etc. Handled various senior management positions and was responsible for the Profit and loss of businesses. Trained close to 10,000 professional Real Estate agents and changed their lifestyle.
