Marching Sheep in partnership with FICCI concluded their 2nd batch of DEI certification
this month. Marching Sheep is one of the leading HR consulting firms globally and specializes in building organizational capacity systemically. FICCI is an apex industry body in India. Marching Sheep and FICCI have collaborated for several certifications including Strategic HR BP certification and DEI certification.
The 8-week action learning journey in the DEI certification enables participants from different companies not only to understand the nuances of different dimensions of diversity (women, LGBTQIA+, PWD, Multigenerational workforce, Races and ethnicities) but also come up with their own implementable DEI strategy. The certification is rigorous with assignments that are assessed, peer learning, group and individual exercises. The participants also get exposed to senior industry leaders who come as speakers and share their insights and perspectives on the topic.
The certification has received great interest and response from the industry and is considered as the most comprehensive and practical certification today.
The lead facilitator for the certification is the CEO of Marching Sheep, Ms. Sonica Aron, who is the most sought-after facilitator not just in India but globally. She is considered a thought leader and her opinions are frequently published by different media houses.
