B. Nandakumar has held positions in both large and small, professionally managed, and promoter-driven businesses over the course of his 39-year career. He has held positions with a number of businesses, including VST Industries Ltd., ITC Limited, CavinKare P Ltd., Hatsun Agro Product Ltd., Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd., and UniverCell Telecommunications India P Ltd. as its Director of Retail Operations. He has extensive and indepth knowledge in the fields of sales, marketing, and logistics. He currently serves as a consultant for numerous businesses, specializing in business strategy, branding, marketing, and sales.
Vairamani Pandiyan has more than 35 years of experience working in a variety of industries, including FMCG, IT, chemicals, steel, automotive, and specialized HR services. His most recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources and Director on the Board at Ford Motors India Ltd. He had previously held positions with organizations including CavinKare, Anil Starch Products, TATA Steel, and Careers India. In 2016, he retired from a career in business. Currently, he consults with corporations and non-profits about organizational change initiatives and talent development.
