Greytip Software was founded by the duo of Mr. Girish Rowjee (Co-founder and CEO) and Mr. Sayeed Anjum (Co-founder and CTO). Giving a detailed intro of the venture, Mr. Girish Rowjee said, “Headquartered in Bengaluru, Greytip Software was founded in 1994. We aimed to aid small businesses by providing them with the HR tools that larger corporations enjoy. In 2011, the company launched greytHR, an HR tech platform that automates and simplifies the whole HRM process.

Today, greytHR is India’s leading fully-integrated, cloud-based HR & Payroll software. Built for small and medium businesses (SMEs), the platform offers 40+ tools in the areas of core HR, payroll, leave & attendance, statutory compliance, expense claims, employee self-service (ESS), and more. greytHR also has a user-friendly mobile app for employees.”

To achieve this, we have adopted a multi-channel approach and joined forces with a number of reseller partners who help us connect with customers. We have also partnered with financial institutions like ICICI and HSBC to offer bundled solutions.

We aim to help more Indian businesses achieve their full potential. Talking about the future, in the short term, we want to serve 50K SME customers and 5 million employees worldwide. In the long term, we hope to serve millions of SMEs as awareness grows and the category attains mainstream status. We will always continue to have a long-term view of business, a burning desire to serve Indian SMEs, and the stamina to play the long game.”
