THE TALE OF INCEPTION
Herbage Herbal’s innovative vision was planted in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 2003 with the goal of transforming the rich culture of Indian history into world-class beauty products. It has established itself as a pioneer in developing and marketing herbal products in important beauty care areas with a clear purpose. The company has been crafting its beauty products by successfully integrating the pros of Ayurveda knowledge with modern methods.

Herbal’s vision is ‘The natural medicines in an ultramodern form to serve the ailing humanity with outstanding results without exposing other systems of the body towards unwanted effects.’ Pioneering Ayurvedic products and realising their benefits of it to humanity, they have formulated their rationale. This has resulted in opening a broad market and promoting and marketing strategies to leverage the demand for their products.

Herbage Herbal’s uniqueness lies in its technique and know-how, which is cost-effective and delivers the best
product. Herbage never compromises with any ingredients and stays stringent on never doing so. This has helped the company to stand apart from its peer competitors. The company works assiduously to maintain its product’s cost as low as possible so that customers can easily buy them from various offline retailers and e-Commerce platforms like Amazon and others, keeping affordability & availability concerns in mind.

TAKE ON THE INDUSTRY EVOLUTION
“We make an effort to stay up to date on the most recent developments in the raw material and herbal extraction industries by attending international conferences and seminars by scientists who work with these goods. This allows us to actively participate in the industry’s ongoing processes of innovation and upgrade, which helps us stay current.” said Dibya.

SURPASSING THE CHALLENGES AT NASCENT AGE
An entrepreneurial journey is packaged with challenges, which in Dibya’a case, appeared to be the difficulties of running cosmetics manufacturing in Odisha, nonavailability of raw materials, packaging materials, absence of industrial work culture, lack of skilled labours, banker’s conservative attitude, exasperated behaviour of government agencies, poor consumerism, etc., It was a long list. Despite that, Dibya and his team continue because of affinity towards their state, trying to establish an excellent industrious culture in their land.

RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
To win customer’s trust and loyalty, you need to work hard to implement a customer-centric working philosophy to enable them to succeed in their quest of achieving good quality products and attain their wellbeing; in the last 17 years of their journey, they never found a single complaint on their products in financial product range it’s an outstanding achievement that helped Herbage create trust among customers.

THE UNIQUE MARKETING STRATEGIES
Their marketing strategy is based on providing value while maintaining a low-profit margin and sparing media advertisements. By doing this, they could focus more on products which are not only free from toxic chemicals but also incorporate nourishing ingredients like almond oil, avocado oil, wheat germ oil, and grape seed oil. It also uses herbal extract mix for Ayurvedic medicines and helps prevent various skin problems.

HERBAGE TEAM & THEIR CORE VALUES
Since its inception, Dibya has strategically led his team and harnessed success through the prominent values of continuous learning, ethics, commitment, and trust. Here, the corporate culture must be sincere to the principles they have established, moral, and dedicated to the brand identity they are creating.
