Adynamic entrepreneur, change-maker, and motivational speaker Chiranjiv Patel is the managing director P C Snehal Group- a well-established government infrastructure company. The infrastructure company is known for constructing iconic public use structures like sports complexes, hospitals, flyovers, underpasses, water distribution networks, drainage systems, and power projects. PC SNEHAL Group has constructed more than 250 iconic structures nationwide, mixing the concrete with the culture and heritage of the city.
BREAKING STEREOTYPES AND SUPPORTING MENTORSHIP
Unlike the other entrepreneurs who chase money, Chiranjiv believes in bringing change by encouraging the country’s youth. That is why he works harder and smarter to polish their talent and encourage them to show it to the world. He believes there is immense potential in youth, and with the proper guidance, the youth of our country can win the world. And with youngsters passionately building their projects, they lack much-needed exposure to develop their brand and explore opportunities from various horizons. And that direction can be made with the right Mentorship.
Chiranjiv focuses on mentoring the youth with his practical knowledge and experience. He travels the world to see the potential of Indian start-ups, listens to inspiring stories and shares it all with youngsters when he mentors them. He loves to spend time with youngsters and help them in learning the challenges start-ups face in the present times. His rich practical knowledge and will to do great for the youngsters have made him the official mentor of the Start-Up India program run by the Government of India. He also empowers various young businesses under his initiative Re.1 Mentorship Program. Currently, start-ups like Sparsh Cosmetic Clinic, Tripster and Contentkosh are being mentored by him.
GUIDING THE YOUTH OF THE UNIVERSITIES
Chiranjiv Patel is an Advisory at the Leadership Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation (GLS University). He also serves as an Independent Director at Gujarat University Start-up and Entrepreneurship Council and Governing Body Member at Karnavati University. There are thousands of students dreaming about working in something of their own, and with the proper guidance, they can generate jobs for themselves and society. He also serves as a guest speaker in various leading universities to inspire and help aspiring students.
GIVING BACK TO THE SOCIETY
Chiranjiv believes in “Growing together” and “Giving back to society”. And so he established Karma Foundation, which primarily focused on community development across the entire socioeconomic spectrum. Karma works on improving education, health, livelihood, women’s development, youth development, literature, and culture. It aims to reach every sector of society.
Karma Foundation supports all the causes that limit the country from growing towards prosperity. Jeevan Shrishti is one such initiative that acknowledges food as a basic necessity. With a motto of “Nobody goes to sleep with an empty stomach”, Karma feeds poor children and the needy every day. It also provides grocery kits and sanitary pads made by imprisoned women to underprivileged women. There are other initiatives as well, like Sahara, The Ahmedabad Book Club, The Science Club, etc.
CHANGING LIVES DURING THE PANDEMIC
When everyone was new to the pandemic and fearful about being at home, Chiranjiv Patel decided to feed the homeless and indigents of the city throughout the lockdown. Chiranjiv Patel, along with his team and state government bodies and authorities, joined hands to actively distribute the food, PPE Kits, and medical essentials during the crisis.
He managed to cater to frontline workers, including the doctors, police, paramedical staff, and the drivers of ambulances and medical vans. As the second COVID-19 wave surged, hospital beds filled up, and many people died due to the lack of oxygen and medical facilities. Chiranjiv Patel and his team provided beds, oxygen concentrators, ambulance facilities, and medicines not just in Gujarat but across India.
PIVA AND PRAYAS
Piva helps provide water to the rural area through a water tank, while Prayas mainly take charge of 7 street schools in the city, providing food, shelter, and necessities to the needy children. Being an entrepreneur is challenging, and addressing a social cause through it will undoubtedly make the journey more difficult, but Chiranjiv is all firm in transforming lives and doing good for the country.
EMPOWERING WOMEN WITH EDUCATION
Chiranjiv Patel is known for supporting causes that limit the country and society from growing. Being a successful and well-educated entrepreneur, he knows the value of literacy and its impact on people’s lives. Keeping this in mind, he made sure that on his 40th birthday, instead of a lavish celebration, he adopted 40 girls from various parts of Gujarat and supported their education and life for the future. He wants to empower women because they are the ones who give birth and are the primary shapers of the society we live in.
