In this context, our editorial team had an interesting and joyful virtual session with the leadership panel of GenNext India Pvt. Ltd. The leadership panel of the company and the CEO & MD, Mr. Gyanendra Singh Baghel shared numerous lesser-known facts about the company and also shed some light on his overall entrepreneurial journey so far. Giving a detailed introduction of the company, Mr. Baghel quips, “Being an enthusiast, I always look for improvisation and this is what happened in my 6 months of working experience when I and recession entered the market hand-in-hand. It was 2008 when I started my first job and saw a huge disconnect between freshmen and hiring companies/agencies., Although it was one of the hardest times to survive the market scenario, I chose to bridge the gap which gave birth to GenNext India Pvt. Ltd.”

He further adds,

“We simply are the extension of our client’s office. We work alongside our clients, understand their specific business requirements, and recommend and implement the most suitable and cost-effective recruitment solutions. We provide a wide array of services as well.”

The team makes sure to maintain the highest standards of ethical behavior & professional Integrity. Sharing Business Proposals with a clear idea, transparency in the operations, and a professional code of conduct is key that they have gained the trust of over 300 satisfied clients. The company also strictly maintains constant communication with the clients as well as employees to continue the legacy of trust and perseverance.
