Giving a detailed introduction of the company, Mr. Baghel quips, “Being an enthusiast, I always look for improvisation and this is what happened in my 6 months of working experience when I and recession entered the market hand-in-hand. It was 2008 when I started my first job and saw a huge disconnect between freshmen and hiring companies/agencies., Although it was one of the hardest times to survive the market scenario, I chose to bridge the gap which gave birth to GenNext India Pvt. Ltd.”

He further adds,

“We simply are the extension of our client’s office. We work alongside our clients, understand their specific business requirements, and recommend and implement the most suitable and cost-effective recruitment solutions. We provide a wide array of services as well.”
