CWG 2022: Most medals rained on the 10th day, India won 15 medals including 5 gold

On the penultimate day of the Birmingham Games 2022, India won 15 medals, bettering their previous day’s outing in terms of the medal count. With 55 medals – 18 gold, 15 silver, and 22 bronze – India is currently ranked fifth. India added 5 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze medals on the 10th day of the Commonwealth Games 2022.

Day 10 Gold Medal Results

Achanta Sharath Kamal and Sreeja Akula won the gold medal in the table tennis mixed doubles category. Three boxers – Amit Panghal (men’s flyweight), Nikhat Zareen (women’s light flyweight), and Neetu Gangus (women’s minimum weight) – also won their respective finals to clinch gold medals.

The country won the top two medals in the men’s triple jump, courtesy of EldhosePaul (17.03m jump for gold) and Abdulla Aboobacker Narangolintevid(17.02m jump for silver) on the second last day of CWG 2022.
