Arjun Venugopal – Chief Executive Officer Arjun Venugopal, a true leader with more than thirteen years of professional experience, is the CEO and Co-Founder of One Team Solutions. He had previously worked for Extramarks Education India Pvt Ltd as the Head of Sales for the South Kerala and Bangalore Region. An enthusiastic young businessperson with significant skill in designing, carrying out and delivering IT training programmes for college students and working adults.
Dileep M B – Chief Operating Officer
Dileep M. B., the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of One Team Solutions, are in charge of the organisation’s overall management and daily leadership. He has ten years of expertise in the IT hiring industry. Prior to joining One Team, he held the positions of System Engineer at IBM Ireland, Trainee Manager at Momentous Organization in Bangalore, HR Manager at Cochin Foundation, and Manager of Recruitment for various organisations in Kerala. He holds an electrical and electronics engineering degree from MG University in Kerala and a master’s degree in human resource management from Dublin Business School in Ireland, which is connected with Liverpool John Moores University in London.
The Beginning and Journey So Far
Post Formal College Education in 2009; both Arjun and Dileep worked in different companies. Education and Upskilling was the domain they have been into for the past 14 years.
In 2018, they took the foundation of One Team Solutions with the objective to build a Bridge between IT Companies and Job Seekers. With their expertise and excellence, the visionaries could help 800+ Job Seekers to reach an IT Company through the Bridge they built! They started from an 850 Square Feet Office with two part-time employees, and today they have 22 full-time employees and 5000+ square feet of office space spread over two major cities in Kerala. The Pandemic was the only significant obstacle they had to overcome during their previous four-year journey. They struggled throughout the first Covid wave, which ended up being beneficial for the squad after the lockdown. The Pandemic Assisted in the R&D of their Online Training Model. They saw a staggering 85% growth in turnover as a result in the fiscal year 2021–2022.
