The Co-founder and MD of the company, Mr. Ravi Pradhan shared numerous lesser-known facts about the company. He also scattered some light on his overall entrepreneurial journey of his so far with us.

THE COMPANY PREFACE
Giving a detailed introduction of the company, Mr. Ravi quips, “1stepGrow (ONESTEP GROW Pvt. Ltd.) is an Ed tech startup company. The company offers a number of courses for professional upskilling to upgrade in the new technology-based skills with job readiness. College students, recent graduates, and working professionals can all take advantage of the company’s professional upskilling services to ensure they are competitive in today’s employment market.
1stepGrow offers cutting-edge technological training to help professionals keep up with
the latest developments in fields like Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, etc. with help of practical industry exposure.”
He further adds, “Any aspiring professional should make the Development of their skills and exposure to real world situations their priority, rather than the fear of failing to land a job or make a smooth transfer. We’ve seen how companies use their creativity to offer the most satisfactory possible service to their target audiences and it has been made possible through the emerging start-ups,” says Mr. Ravi.
He affirms, “We were just a small team of three people, to begin with. We have drastically grown to over 15 team members including marketing, operations, and certified & professional instructors. From our first days of offline work to our current state of fully online education, we have experienced a thrilling journey. In a remarkably brief period, we have been able to instruct over 2500 students via the internet in various short courses. However, we are committed to offering comprehensive and practical courses, with 70% or more of the time spent on hands-on work and industrial projects.”
THE FUTURE PLANS
The company is in the process of collaborating with a greater number of companies in association with whom, the team provides practical exposure to the students. Moreover, in the coming years, they are working to expand their wings to other advanced technical fields to convert students’ career goals into reality in digital transformation.
Elaborating a little more about the master plan, Mr. Ravi asserts, “1stepGrow will continue to provide valued training experience to the aspirants who want to enter in advance technology based job roles. We plan to associate with more companies in order to upskill our students with better practical skills necessitate to acknowledge industry environment and technical skills. The companies in turn will be able to hire employees with better skills & reduce the time &cost of training to a larger extent. At the end, these students are the one who will be able to bring digital transformation in any company.”
PARTING WORDS
Before signing off, the visionary shared some token words for all the budding leaders out there by saying, “Focus on understanding the pain of the customers you are serving to. Do not make promises that cannot be delivered as sustainability is better for business growth than indulging into fake marketing stunt. Always deliver what you have promised, no matter how many customers you have at the initial phase.”
