Over the years, IP has evolved tremendously being a bastion for innovation, it is bridging the gaps between sectors of society. The idea of IP rights and their protection has seen a shift in paradigm in terms of recognition, significance, and importance – the shift from divine providence to valuable human talent has taken complicated detours and pit stops but the fact that these imperfections has led companies to reinvent how IP is perceived in today’s world.

Back in the day when Amit and his team were a start-up, they faced many hurdles. With resources being limited in a start-up environment, they had to make difficult choices agaonid again. Turning down brilliant ideas from bright employees due to resource constraints is never an easy discussion. With size things improved and the resource, the constraint was gone, but the challenges are different now – the form has changed. Keeping people continuously motivated, and delivering to the best of their ability is an ongoing task. So is keeping different people continuously aligned with the organization’s vision.
